Terms and Conditions – eSIM Cards

1. General Provisions

1.1 Application of Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of services provided by eSIM Cards for the users. By using our Services, Website, and App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1.2 Change of Terms

1.3 Definitions

  • “Services” refers to the mobile internet communication services and related services (web applications, etc.) provided by eSIM Cards.
  • “User” means the consumer who has opened an account with eSIM Cards to use our mobile/data services.
  • “eSIM” or “eSIM Profile” refers to a carrier profile for embedded Subscriber Identity Module conforming to GSM Association standards.
  • “QR Code” refers to a code necessary for downloading and installing an eSIM profile on a device.
  • “Network Operator” means the network operator providing the infrastructure for eSIM Cards’ services.
  • “eSIM Cards eSIM” refers to the eSIM provided by us, which utilizes local and roaming networks for data services.
  • “eSIM Cards App” refers to the proprietary application provided by us for using eSIM Cards’ services.
  • “Recharge” or “Top Up” refers to the purchase of additional data service for the eSIM Cards eSIM.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description
eSIM Cards’ services enable mobile data usage as defined by GSMA standards. Voice calls, SMS, and MMS are not supported.

2.2 No Warranty
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of quality, service consistency, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Service quality can be affected by various factors, including geographical obstacles and network operator performance.

2.3 User Restriction
In case of significant impact on bandwidth due to signal or transmission issues, we may control transmission rates. During natural calamities or emergencies, service may be prioritized for those affected. We reserve the right to select technology partners and network operators, and to share user information with them as necessary.

3. Rights

3.1 Transmission Disconnection
To ensure system stability, we reserve the right to disconnect services if excess data transmission occurs during a session.

3.2 Suspension
Services may be suspended for maintenance, regulatory compliance, security needs, or if users breach these terms. Notification will be provided in advance whenever possible.

3.3 Discontinuation of Services
We may discontinue services partially or entirely for unavoidable reasons.

3.4 Monitoring
We may monitor service usage to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure regulatory compliance. User information may be disclosed as needed for legal and regulatory purposes.

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation
Users must create an account with a valid email address to use eSIM Cards services. Accounts must be verified within 30 days. Users are responsible for maintaining their password confidentiality and reporting unauthorized use immediately.

4.2 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for all actions taken using their account and for any resulting damages or losses. Accounts with no activity for over 18 months may be removed.

5. QR Code and eSIM Profile

5.1 QR Code Usage
QR codes are for one-time use only and are valid for one year from the date of issue. Users are responsible for managing their QR codes.

5.2 eSIM Profile
eSIMs cannot be re-issued or transferred. Users are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from their usage.

6. Compatibility

6.1 Device Compatibility
eSIM Cards services are compatible with unlocked devices and specific operating systems. Users must refer to our compatibility list and configure their devices correctly.

7. Currency

7.1 Default Currency
The default currency for transactions is US Dollars or the currency displayed at the point of sale.

8. User Obligations

8.1 Use of Service
Users must use services lawfully and are responsible for all charges incurred. Proper configuration and installation of terminal devices are the user’s responsibility.

8.2 Compliance with Regulations
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any failure to comply with local laws.

8.3 Confidentiality
Users must maintain confidentiality about any non-public information obtained through eSIM Cards services.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service, contact us in writing or via email with your identification details. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the cancellation request.

9.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are available for connection issues caused by eSIM Cards or network providers. Contact support@airhubsystems.co.uk with relevant details for assistance. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 to 30 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party network or cloud providers. Service quality is dependent on the network operator, and we disclaim responsibility for network performance issues.

10.2 Loss of Profit
We are not liable for any loss of profit or costs incurred due to eSIM Cards services.
