At esimcards.co.uk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our eSIM products are digital and non-refundable once they are delivered and activated. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or exchanges may be offered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of eSIMs, refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The eSIM code provided is invalid or non-functional.
  • The eSIM fails to activate due to issues on our end, not related to the customer’s device, network, or improper use.
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must report any issues to our support team (support@airhubsystems.co.uk) within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued only after our team verifies the problem.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the eSIM.
  • The eSIM was successfully activated but not used.
  • Technical issues caused by improper device settings or lack of device compatibility.
  • Activation or usage failures caused by issues beyond our control, such as the device being locked to a specific carrier or poor network coverage in the area.

4. Process for Refunds

If your request meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@airhubsystems.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or screenshots.
  3. Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Policy

Since eSIMs are digital products, they cannot be returned. Once the eSIM code has been sent to you, it is considered used. If there are any issues with activation or usage, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.

6. Cancellations

Orders for eSIMs can only be cancelled if the eSIM code has not yet been issued. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@airhubsystems.co.uk as soon as possible. Once the eSIM code has been sent, the order is final, and cancellations are not possible.
