eSIM is supported on most flagship Android phones from 2020 and all iPhones from the XS (2018) model onwards. The fastest way to find out is to go into your phone’s settings — under Mobile Data, Cellular, or SIM Card (depending on your OS) settings, see if there’s a way for you to add a digital SIM or eSIM. If the choice is available, then your phone supports it.

eSIM profiles are linked to the device on which they are installed; switching mid-trip is not a simple process. When you change phones, the profile on your old device can’t usually be just moved over.

If you delete the eSIM profile from your phone's settings, the QR code that arrived in your original email can typically be used to reinstall it, though this depends on the plan terms. The safest step is to contact our support as soon as the deletion happens.
